ELM's Planned Vision
Echo Life Ministries' main goal is to build a strong discipleship atmosphere for men and women. Whether we do it through a church we are connected or by our own means. The idea is we want to help strengthen what is means to disciple Christians.
There are a lot of people these days who feel themselves "hurt by the church". We have experienced that ourselves, but we have also experience how God can heal over time. We have allow God to help us trust the church again. I do believe a missing element is understanding that Discipling is not about just going to church and church events. It is about the every day.
There are many Christians who also lack the discipline to read the Bible and Study it. We are being bombarded by online "Christian Gurus" who teach false ideology, and the lack of proper Christian Education can cause many to fall away from God's truth.
Vision Plan 1- Be a Discipling Resource
We have established ourselves as a Discipling Resource to help anyone old and new in the faith have direction and encouragemtnt in their walks. We want to also encourage men and women to create groups for men and women to find a small group community where they do these 4 mindsets:
1) Regularly Praying for one another
2) Do studies together
3) Fellowship and Fun opportunities (not limited to church events)
4) Serving in their church, community, and neighborhoods as Salt and Light of the Gospel Message
These groups should be designed with 5-7 members involved for the specific gender to have a Brotherhood and Sisterhood.
As a resource, we want to provide books, trusted Streamers and Podcasters to listen to, Biblical and philosophical understanding of Biblical truth from false ideology, we want to provide church teaching and counsel, and help local churches or small groups with Discipling clarity.
Vision Plan 2: Revitalization of a Dying or Stagnant Church
We have decided this year that we will be heading down the road to learn and find a way to help Revitalize Dying Churches. We believe this is the course as to what God wants us to do. We are learning, studying, seeking direction, and will try to find courses on the matter. There are over 8K-10K churches closing their doors each year. Since 2020, it is happening at an alarming rate. We are seeing some new church plants happening as well, but we should not be turning our heads from the churches who just need the right direction and purpose to avoid death.
What is a Dying Church?
A dying church is one that has been losing more members than what they have gained in the past decade or 2. They have no reputation in their community, as most assumed it was closed or even not a church anymore. It is a church that lacks enthusiasm for the church itself and the community that they rather stick to their guns then change. Even if they could change for the better. They have had a lot of "Revolving" Pastors as many churches believe the issue is finding the "right" pastor would solve their dying. Lastly, they tend to be stuck in the past. They miss the "Good O'days", which I do get and I can relate. However, the culture has changed, times have changed, Chrisitans have changed (good and bad), and the church needs to change with the needs that are around them. The only thing that has not changed, is that God is Lord, His truth remains, and we can stand on that foundation.
The issues is, you either change or die, the change comes in how you perceive the community, how you interact with it, and how you are sharing the Gospel Message to it.
If you see yourself as a Dying or Stagnant church, if you are willing find direction, change or need guidance, please reach out. I do think a church that is dying or stagnant can be revitalized once again. There are many different things people do in the local community that we could invest, and open the doors of the church to impact them for Jesus. Of course the main focus of the members is to provide proper preaching and teaching, make disciples, pray (a lot of that), Christian Felowship, eating together, and more.

Vision Plan 3: 2 Ideas
PLAN 1:
My wife and I have had 2 ideas on our mind. We are prayfully considering one as AI has been transforming our culture where it may be more possible with our lack of IT knowledge for Apps. We would like to create an App for our Discipling Resource. Pray for us as we go into the details on what that could look like.
PLAN 2:
I personally would like to have a church we revitalize to get into starting a coffee shop in their area where it is designed to support Coffee that has a ministry or mission behind it. Such as Talitha Coffee, check out my Warrior Within Christian Manhood section above for link: https://echolifeministries.wixsite.com/echo-life-ministries/general-1
The Coffee shop would also support and provide information on local missions and ministries in the area from helping the poor, needy, local animal shelters, and to any form we at Echo Life would support.
